Cosy thatched holiday cottage ideal for a break away from it all. The cottage is in a quiet and unspoilt coastal area within the Strategic Rural Gap at Climping, West Sussex. It is only a few minutes stroll straight from the gate across the fields to the unspoilt Clymping Beach and just down the lane from the Black Horse pub, Bailiffscourt Hotel & Spa and local farm shop.

Clymping is a great location for relaxing country breaks on the south coast and only just over an hour by car from London. The weather also does tend to be better than many other areas in the UK and Clymping experiences it's own micro climate brought on by the shape of the coastline, the sea breezes and the proximity to the South Downs.

Although suitable for those looking for self catering accommodation, the local pub, hotel, Clymping Beach Cafe, West Beach Cafe and farm shop all provide excellent and varied styles of meals and atmosphere without the need to drive anywhere. So, the holiday cottage is ideal for those who would like the freedom to cater a little for themselves but who also would like to be able to have the possibility for someone else to do the cooking and washing up for them whilst they are on their holiday.

We welcome dogs and your furry companions are very welcome to share the holiday cottage downstairs. The local walks are very dog friendly and start directly from the front gate with a footpath that leads either to some small local woods or the beach. The beach and local pub are both dog friendly. There is a secure garden for your private use at the rear of the cottage.

Climping Village is very close to Arundel, Littlehampton and Chichester and is convenient for events at both Goodwood and Fontwell. More details
